Our health and life benefits programs span medical, dental, life and disability
insurance programs to help employees in their time of need. We offer Healthy
Lifestyle Seminars and a variety of other health and wellness options to make
it easier for our employees to stay healthy. Program highlights include:
- Employees, spouses and dependents are eligible for health
and wellness benefits coverage from date of hire. There are no pre-existing
condition exclusions for participants in the health plan.
- Benefit plans include Health (including Vision Care),
Dental, Accidental Death & Dismemberment, Group Life Insurance,
Dependent Life Insurance, Health Care Account, Dependent Care Account,
Vacation Purchase Program, Business Travel Accident Insurance, Short-Term
Disability, Long-Term Disability, Survivor's Benefits Programs and
Employee Assistance Program.
- The Coca-Cola Company offers medical (including
vision care) and dental coverage for eligible same-sex domestic partners
and their dependent children.
