Tuition Aid Program
This program provides employees an opportunity to acquire knowledge and expertise through approved outside study that contributes to employees' success at The Coca-Cola Company. Key components of this program include:
- All active, regular full-time and part-time employees of The Coca-Cola Company who are based in, or are on international assignment to the United States are eligible to participate.
- New employees are eligible to participate from the date of employment (does not cover classes enrolled in at time of hire).
- Tuition Aid Program provides 100% reimbursement of tuition, covered fees and books up to $6,000 per year for full-time and $3,000 per year for part-time.
- Courses taken at a college located in the United States and nationally accredited by a U.S. accrediting agency will be considered for approval if they earn college credit hours and either lead to a degree or are considered by the employee's manager to be related to the business of The Coca-Cola Company. Please note: prior to enrolling in a course, an employee must gain approval from current manager.
