Coca-Cola de Argentina's commitment to a healthy and diverse workplace culture recently garnered recognition with the following awards.
MEGA Gender Equity Quality Seal
In recognition for its people management policies, Coca-Cola de Argentina received the "MEGA Gender Equity Quality Seal," bestowed by the National Institute Against Discrimination, Xenophobia and Racism in Argentina (INADI), with the support of World Bank. The Seal recognizes the satisfactory approval of the certification audit carried out by the INADI, with the support of the World Bank, and within the framework of the Enterprises Network in Favor of Diversity. This recognition is received by enterprises that have implemented a Gender Equity Model, promoting corporate policy equity among female and male employees, while establishing strategic measures to correct them. This includes areas such as talent acquisition; professional development; life balance initiatives; discrimination prevention; engagement improvement; and gender equity image development, among others.
Program Implementation Excellence Award – Latin America Region
Coca-Cola de Argentina received recognition from the European Institute of Social Capital (EISC) with the "Program Implementation Excellence Award" for the implementation of an innovative Life Balance program, in place since 2007.
The design, implementation and assessment of the several initiatives included in the Life Balance program by Coca-Cola de Argentina are led by internal Life Balance Ambassadors who represent each area of the Company, both geographically and functionally, thus reaching an integral perspective. The "Life Balance Program" had already been certified in 2008 by the IESC in Germany together with Fundación Compromiso in Argentina.
Family-Responsible Company Award
Coca-Cola de Argentina was also recognized with the "Family-Responsible Company Award," granted by Fundación Proyecto Padres with IAE Business School's Centro de Conciliación Familia y Empresa. In the first edition of this prestigious Award, the assessment panel noted the innovation of Coca-Cola de Argentina's Life Balance strategy, policies and practices, with the concept of Life Balance Ambassadors as key differentiators in the implementation of the program, which positively impacts associates and their families. |
