environments aligned with internationally
respected human rights principles.

Workplace Rights

We value the relationships we have with our associates. The success of our business depends on every associate in our global enterprise. Our Workplace Rights Policy is guided by international human rights principles, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Labor Organization's Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, and the United Nations Global Compact.
Suppliers
Our suppliers and business partners help us refresh the world and are vital to our success. We assess their adherence to our Supplier Guiding Principles, which emphasize the importance of responsible workplace policies and practices that comply, at a minimum, with applicable local labor laws, environmental laws and regulations.
Workplace Safety

Our people are our most valuable asset. Providing a safe and healthy working environment for all of our people is a basic responsibility, and is fundamental to the success of our business. This belief is part of our culture and is embedded within LIVE POSITIVELY.

Global Business Initiative on Human Rights (GBI)
In 2009 we were a founding member of the Global Business Initiative on Human Rights (GBI). Working in collaboration with the UN Global Compact, GBI aims to build commitment among business around the world to respect human rights through business leaders exchanging practices, building capacity and engaging peers.
