Terms and Conditions of Participation: I agree to the following terms and conditions with respect to my photographs and any written information that I supply in conjunction with my photographs (collectively referred to below as my "Submission")
		I am at least 21 years old.
		My Submission is my own original work and has not previously been published or distributed in any form by any third party.
		I understand that my Submission becomes the property of The Coca-Cola Company and will not be returned to me.
		I understand that, before use is made of any of my photographs, I will be required to sign documents that expressly permit The Coca-Cola Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates and licensed bottlers, their successors and assigns, and those acting with their permission (collectively, "The Coca-Cola System") to use, edit, broadcast, publish, and display the photographs, in whole or in part, and any reproductions of them, for purposes of advertising and trade and for any other commercial or non-commercial purposes in any media throughout the universe in perpetuity. I also understand that I will be required to obtain signed releases from all persons who appear in the photographs (including myself), giving the Coca-Cola System permission to use their likenesses and, with their express permission, other identifying information (e.g. city, state and country of residence). If minors appear, their parents/legal guardians must sign.
		If any of my photographs are selected, I agree that The Coca-Cola Company may contact me for the purpose of obtaining the documents and releases referred to in the previous paragraph.
		I represent that, upon supplying signed releases from all individuals who appear in my photographs, my Submission (including my photographs) does not infringe the copyright or trade secret or any other right of any third party, and I agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Coca-Cola System against any and all liability arising from the use of my Submission or any part thereof.
		If I have supplied any written information in conjunction with my photographs, I irrevocably and in perpetuity assign to The Coca-Cola Company all worldwide right, title and interest in and to those portions of my Submission and in and to all intellectual property embodied therein, ownership of which will vest totally in The Coca-Cola Company. In respect of copyrights, this assignment is effective for the entire duration of the copyrights and includes, without limitation, all rights to derivative works. Without limiting the foregoing assignment, I authorize the Coca-Cola System to reproduce, edit, use, publish, and display this material worldwide in perpetuity in any media, including on the internet.
