I am Nepali student, currently doing my masters in internation management in Gotland university, Sweden. Is it possible for me to apply in your Leonard leadership Scholars program
A couple of years ago my husband and I received two red sweat shirts from coke rewards. We wear them all the time. We often have been asked if we work for coke. We tell them no, but we got these sweat shirts from coke rewards.
Dear Mr Wilson,
I am writing a paper in my management course on delegation. How does Coca-Cola adress this issues within the company? What training do you offer managers on how to delegate effectively?
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
Shawna Mondragon
Dear Ms. Mondragon,
First, thank you for your inquiry and your interest in Coca-Cola. Our global Coca-Cola system is made up of Company employees and franchised Coca-Cola Bottling Company employees. We work hard to ensure our people are empowered to do their jobs well through training, develpment, and processes. Our Chart of Authority sets guidelines for expenditures and decision making rights. We have a systemwide 2020 Vision that has been built with Company and Bottler Leadership, that has established our Strategic Roadmap for the next decade and this is broken down into annual objectives by brand, geography, customer, etc.
So, ultimately we break these goals down to the individual and team level so that our people understand their roles and responsibilities. Through regular management routines we review progress toward achieving our goals in a distributed approach to delegation.
I hope this is useful and I wish you a very Happy Day.

Congratulations on pursuing your International Management Degree in Gotland University, Sweden. Does Gotland University serve Coca-Cola brands?
You should pursue the Leonard Leadership Scholars Program directly with The University of Georgia, Terry School of Business through this website http://www.terry.uga.edu/leadership/undergraduate.html
Best of Success.
