Top Hispanic Publications Recognize Our Diversity Efforts

Two leading Hispanic business magazines have again recognized The Coca-Cola Company for our winning diversity strategies in the U.S.

Our Company was named among Hispanic Business magazine's "Diversity Elite 60." These companies were evaluated on their commitment to Hispanic hiring/recruitment, retention/promotion, leadership/Board, marketing, community outreach and supplier diversity.

We also made LATINA Style's 2010 list of the "50 Best Companies for Latinas to Work for in the U.S." More than 800 companies were evaluated on a range of workplace issues, including: number of Latina executives and board members, mentoring and training programs, educational opportunities, alternative work policies and other employee benefits, affinity groups and Hispanic relations. Our Company has made the LATINA Style list every year since 2002.

"We are honored that our concerted and focused efforts to make inclusion part of the fabric of our business have consistently resulted in being recognized by respected publications," said Frank Ros, Vice President, Hispanic Strategies.

Added Steve Bucherati, Group Director, Global Diversity & Fairness, "This recognition is an indication that we are making progress with our diversity, inclusion and workplace fairness initiatives. We are continuing to focus on valuing and leveraging the broad diversity of our entire workforce in line with our 2020 Vision goal of achieving true diversity."
