Coca-Cola Colombia Grants 10 Water Potabilization Plants to Benefit Flood Victims

Coca-Cola Colombia, Coca-Cola FEMSA and the FEMSA Foundation have created a $500,000 grant for 10 modern water treatment plants to the "Colombia Humanitaria" (Humanitarian Colombia) foundation, an organization created to benefit flood victims.

The grant will help provide more than 150,000 people with access to potable water in the 10 most affected municipalities in Colombia, which were selected by the Presidency of the Republic. Each plant has the capacity to provide safe water to 15,000 people daily.
