Meeting Directions and Admission Information

If you are a shareowner of record, please bring your admission card, which is attached to your proxy card, or shareowner meeting notice, with you to the meeting.

If you own shares in street name, please bring your most recent brokerage statement, or the shareowner meeting notice you received from your broker, with you to the meeting. We can use that to verify your ownership and admit you to the meeting.

Persons acting as proxies must bring a valid proxy from a shareowner who owns shares as of record date, February 22, 2008.

All shareowners will need to bring a photo ID to gain admission.

Please note that cameras, sound or video recording equipment, cellular telephones, blackberries or other similar equipment, electronic devices, large bags, briefcases or packages will not be allowed in the meeting room.

FROM PHILADELPHIA ON I-95 SOUTH
Take I-95 South through Chester to Wilmington.
Follow I-95 South to Exit 7A marked "52 South, Delaware Avenue."
Follow 11th Street in the middle lane through six traffic lights. Hotel du Pont is on the right. Valet parking is available at Hotel entrance. For self-parking, turn left on Orange Street; Car Park is on left.

FROM ROUTE 202
Follow Route 202 to I-95 intersection. Take I-95 South.
Follow I-95 South to Exit 7A marked "52 South, Delaware Avenue."
Follow 11th Street in the middle lane through six traffic lights. Hotel du Pont is on the right. Valet parking is available at Hotel entrance. For self-parking, turn left on Orange Street; Car Park is on left.

FROM BALTIMORE ON I-95 NORTH
Follow I-95 North to Wilmington, take Exit 7 marked "Route 52, Delaware Avenue."
From right lane, take Exit 7 onto Adams Street.
At the third traffic light, turn right onto 11th Street.
Follow 11th Street in the middle lane through six traffic lights. Hotel du Pont is on the right. Valet parking is available at Hotel entrance. For self-parking, turn left on Orange Street; Car Park is on left.

FROM NEW JERSEY (NEW JERSEY TURNPIKE)
Take the New Jersey Turnpike South to Delaware Memorial Bridge.
After crossing the Delaware Memorial Bridge, follow signs to I-95 North.
Follow I-95 North to Wilmington, take Exit 7 marked "Route 52, Delaware Avenue."
From right lane, take Exit 7 onto Adams Street.
At the third traffic light, turn right onto 11th Street.
Follow 11th Street in the middle lane through six traffic lights. Hotel du Pont is on the right. Valet parking is available at Hotel entrance. For self-parking, turn left on Orange Street; Car Park is on left.

FROM DOWNSTATE DELAWARE
Take Route 13 North, into Wilmington.
Follow signs marked "North Business, Route 13" to the eighth traffic light.
At the eighth light, make a left onto 10th Street.
Follow 10th Street three blocks to Orange Street, and make a right onto Orange Street.
Next block is 11th Street. Turn right; Hotel du Pont is on the right. Valet parking is available at Hotel entrance. For self-parking, continue on Orange Street; Car Park is on left.

FROM THE NEW CASTLE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL DU PONT
Turn left onto Route 13 North, toward Wilmington.
Follow Route 13 North into Wilmington, which turns into Walnut Street.
Follow Walnut Street to 10th Street, and turn left.
Follow 10th Street to Orange Street, and turn right.
Turn right onto 11th Street; Hotel du Pont is on the right.

FROM THE PHILADELPHIA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL DU PONT
Take I-95 South into Delaware (approximately 15 miles).
Follow I-95 South to Exit 7A marked "52 South, Delaware Avenue." This is 11th Street. The Hotel du Pont is 7 blocks ahead, on the right.

FROM THE WILMINGTON TRAIN STATION TO THE HOTEL DU PONT
From underneath the railroad tracks on French Street, cross over the Martin Luther King Boulevard to the second light.
Make a left onto 2nd Street, and follow to Orange Street.
Make a right onto Orange Street.
Follow Orange Street to 11th Street, and make a right. The Hotel du Pont is on the right at 11th and Market.
