Mr. Ahmet C. Bozer is President of the Eurasia and Africa Group of The Coca-Cola Company, leading the Company's business activities in over 90 countries. Headquartered in Istanbul, the group consists of eight business units, including Turkey, Middle East, Russia-Ukraine-Belarus, South-Eastern Eurasia, India and South West Asia, North and West Africa, East and Central Africa, and South Africa.
After joining The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta in 1990 as Financial Controller, Mr. Bozer moved to Turkey in 1992 as Region Finance Manager. He then served as Finance Director and consequently as Managing Firector of Bottling Operations in Turkey between 1994 and 2000. He was appointed President of the Eurasia and Middle East Division in 2000 and Eurasia Group President in 2007.
Mr. Bozer began his career in 1985 with Coopers & Lybrand in Atlanta, spending five years in various audit, consultancy and management roles. He holds a masters degree in Business Information Systems from Georgia State University in the U.S. and a BSc degree in Business Administration from Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey.
A founding member of The Coca-Cola Turkey Life Plus Foundation and a member of its Board of Trustees, Mr. Bozer also previously served as head of the US-Pakistan Business Council. He is a board member of The Coca-Cola Foundation based in Atlanta, Georgia; sits on the Company's Public Policy and Corporate Reputation Council; and is a former board member of the Turkish Educational Volunteers Foundation.
