R. Steve Buffington is regional director, South Asia & Latin America Bottling Investments Group, responsible for Company-owned bottlers in Brazil, Uruguay, India, Philippines and Singapore. Prior to this role, Steve managed the Company-owned bottlers in Sweden, Norway and the Baltics from 2001-2005.

Steve joined the Coca-Cola system in 1979, and has held positions in the United States, South America, Mexico and Europe in operations and general management for both the Company and franchise bottlers.

Steve holds a B.S. in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institution of Technology in 1977 and previously worked for Burger King and Texas Instruments.
