IAC/InterActiveCorp, an interactive commerce company. He is also chairman of
the board and senior executive of Expedia, Inc., an online travel company. He has
held his position with IAC and its predecessors since August 1995. He is a director
of The Washington Post Company and non-executive chairman of the board of
Ticketmaster Entertainment, Inc.
