Béatrice Guillaume-Grabisch is president of the Germany Business Unit.

Ms. Guillaume-Grabisch has more than 20 years of business experience in general management and marketing and sales roles in a variety of leading consumer product companies. She started her career in brand management for Colgate-Palmolive in Paris before she moved to Beiersdorf in Hamburg, where she became international hair care manager. She then joined Johnson & Johnson in Duesseldorf as sales & marketing director for the Cosmetics in Pharmacy Business and a board member.

Most recently, Ms. Guillaume-Grabisch worked for L'Oreal Paris, as managing director for the German business based in Duesseldorf, and as managing director for their Consumer Division based in Geneva, Switzerland.

Ms. Guillaume-Grabisch graduated at the ESSEC Business & Management School in France and holds a MBA from the University of Illinois, USA.
