Béatrice Guillaume-Grabisch is President of the Germany Business Unit.

Ms. Guillaume-Grabisch has nearly 25 years of business experience in general management and marketing and sales roles in a variety of leading consumer product companies. She started her career in brand management for Colgate-Palmolive in Paris before she moved to Beiersdorf in Hamburg, where she was in charge of different product lines and then became International Hair Care Manager. She then joined Johnson & Johnson in Duesseldorf where she lastly worked as Sales & Marketing Director for the Cosmetics in Pharmacy Business and became a board member.

Most recently, Ms. Guillaume-Grabisch worked for L'Oréal Paris, as Managing Director for the German business based in Duesseldorf, and as Managing Director for their Consumer Division based in Geneva, Switzerland. In 2006, she joined The Coca-Cola Company.

Ms. Guillaume-Grabisch graduated at the ESSEC Business & Management School in France and took part in the MBA exchange program with the University of Illinois, USA.
