VP Of Global Diversity Strategy Appointed To Global Diversity Advisory Board

Ed Gadsden, vice president of Global Diversity Strategy for The Coca-Cola Company, will join several fellow diversity experts from the United States and Europe on ORC Worldwide’s newly formed Global Diversity Advisory Board.

The board will provide direction to the international HR consulting and management firm’s Global Diversity Forum, a network of HR professionals responsible for developing and implementing programs and best practices that address global diversity in large multinationals.

Gadsden’s fellow board members in the North American and European business communities include:
  • Rohini Anand, Ph.D., senior vice president and chief diversity officer, Sodexho
  • Patti Bellinger, director of BP Leadership Academy and group vice president, BP
  • Emilio Egea, vice president, Human Resources, Prudential Financial
  • Leslie Mays, vice president, Global Diversity and Inclusion, Pfizer
The ORC Global Equality, Diversity and Inclusion practice originated in the U.S. more than 40 years ago. From its earliest beginnings, ORC has actively engaged with leading employers, government officials and thought leaders to advance the equality agenda in employment.

Gadsden is responsible for the Company’s Global Diversity strategy and is a member of the Task Force administration team. Prior to joining the Company in 2000, Gadsden held several roles of increasing responsibility at Texaco, including corporate director of Global HR and Executive Staffing. Prior to that, he held various executive HR positions with Johnson & Johnson, Digital Equipment Corporation, Advance Technology, Tektronix and Potomac Electric Power Company.
