Company Named One Of Chile's Best Places To Work

For the third consecutive year, The Coca-Cola Company ranked No. 3 in a list of the best places to work in Chile. The rankings are based on a study conducted by the Great Places to Work Institute and Capital magazine.
A total of 185,000 employees from 190 companies participated in this year’s survey.
Approximately 94 percent of Coca-Cola de Chile employees (including associates from our Chilean concentrate plant) responded anonymously to the survey, which also evaluated internal human resources policies and management routines of participating companies. Scores were calculated based on responses to questions in the following categories: Credibility, Respect, Impartiality/ Fairness, Pride and Camaraderie.
The Coca-Cola Company was the only food and beverage firm to make this year’s top 10.
